Performance Evaluation

Individual, department and company scores are observed and evaluated with the purpose of determining the rate at which business and behavioral goals are achieved. Performance evaluations are made based on these scores every three months. Development and training needs are identified and a working plan is prepared with the final evaluation at the end of the year to achieve the targeted performance level.
