System Module
Human Resources is the core module of the management System and constitutes the infrastructure for all of the modules. The system module will bring you a definable environment. You can define any kind of information that you wish to store required for personal files or related to other modules, and add them to the database. You can also eliminate some of the predefined information which will be unusable. This flexible infrastructure allows you to define the information, which you want to store in your Human Resources Management System, yourself. Once you begin to run the program, you will be able to add or remove information fields yourself, without calling for the support of your software provider.
The System Module has the capability to manage and tracking all of the human resources processes (training, organization, recruitment, appraisals, etc.), extra information defined (services, work attire, liability debits, etc.). While the system allows recording the personal proficiencies of the staff, and automatic update of developments, it provides a communication infrastructure of e-mail and SMS systems, through which various announcements and greetings on special days and holidays can be sent.
