In the appraisals system, it is possible to define business and personal development goals, conduct evaluations at desired period intervals, conduct 360-degree evaluations with reviews by managers, colleagues and external persons such as customers and the employees themselves, weigh evaluators and goals and calculate the appraisal score according to their weighted values.
A target-oriented, 360-degree, concrete performance evaluation system can be established by such means.
Career Planning
Career paths and their alternative paths can be defined in the Career Planning module, moreover, candidates that are suitable for the vacant positions can be identified from among the applicant resumes and current employees by means of a scoring system, the points that are scored according to the vacant position-candidate matching criteria can be observed as well as any lacking proficiencies that need to be developed.
It is thus possible to develop career paths and alternatives for key positions and stimulate employees to improve themselves on these paths, identify the best suitable candidates for the vacancies from the CV databank and the active organization.
