It is further possible to attach several documents to the master records such as the inventory cards, current account cards, e.g., external images, drawings, information documents, and store these together with the respective record.

Operations that are used frequently and consecutively can be defined with one macro and the entire operation can be run by use of a single key. The macro application serves to speed up routine tasks.

You can, for instance, have the system display your finance situation every hour, remind you of the waybills to be invoiced, or notify two days before the last day of each month that the period closing operation ought to be commenced.

Help System

The extensive help system found in the Netsis series products can be used to access help information about the active window / operation, or access the help files of the other modules and options, or conduct search in the help application.

Language Support

Netsis Language Support enables users to modify the expressions that are used in all windows throughout the application, e.g., headers, explanations, warning messages, and enables the application to support languages other than Turkish and English. The current system also supports Azerbaijani, Persian, Arabic and Russian.
