In the Redcode series applications, you can e-mail your customers or send text messages to their cell phones through the SMS service to communicate various information, e.g., information related to the generated documents such as order, invoice, check at any phase of the sales, purchase, collection and payment processes or their statement, reconciliation information, special day greetings, discount and promotion announcements or any other similar information. In this way you can most efficiently exploit the advantages introduced by technology to maintain continuous communication with your customers, suppliers and employees.

You can also choose to use templates to send event-based e-mails or SMS messages to your customers, suppliers or employees, such as, for instance, when an invoice is issued, a check has bounced, or to make certain announcements.
