Advanced Security
The security infrastructure of the @6 series targets to enable users to monitor, record and update any data according to the defined levels of authentication, while authorized persons can monitor the logs of the processed operations.
Users can log-in only by entering their security information, passwords must have at least one alphabetic, one numeric and one special character comprised of uppercase / lowercase. Cryptography of passwords such as minimum length, password changing intervals, exclusion of certain words, etc. are designed at international standards. br/>
The authorizations for the operations, which every user can process, are defined in the system. It is possible to assign users the authorization to display, record, edit and delete information.
While form-based security provides controlled acceptance of values to ensure the consistence of data and blocks some fields to data writing or reading, record-based security enables record-based display and update.
The Log system, enables logging of all update and delete operations, as well as the old information to be stored and monitored by authorized users.
With data encryption, it is possible to block crucial data to the access of even the IT staff by means of any query tools.
