In the payroll module, accruals can be transferred from personnel attendance control systems or from other environments, monthly accruals can be computed according to daily attendance forms, benefit payments can be automatically calculated, all legal deductions and net amounts can be computed, all legal reports can be prepared, gross amounts can be calculated from nets, annual leaves can be monitored, severance pays, online bank transfers can be processed for salary or advance payments, etc., and expense accounting can be processed according to the distribution of labor shares in cost centers.
The backward differences consisting of union labor agreements can be calculated for wages and allowances for as many past months as desired and the legal forms can be prepared.
The severance payments function calculates the seniority amounts of due payments in proportion to the employment period and the dismissal notice, documents the results and lists the seniority liabilities.
With the promotions and fringe benefits function, promotion periods can be recorded, salaries and fringe benefits can be calculated automatically according to seniority, defined allowances (such as holiday, fuel, child, education, family allowances, health and private pension plans, food allowance, bonus payments) can be automatically calculated in terms of amounts and legal exemptions for the months they are paid, and further provisionally processed, if desired, in the months when they are not paid.
Travel allowance and exemptions follow-up according to the ratios set forth by the state.
